Greg Kuzniewski founded KCW Design Group, LLC, in 2008 to provide clients with highly-skilled and effective technical contractors and full-time, direct employees at reasonable rates and fees. With over 18 years of experience in the technical staffing industry, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the hiring of great technology resources – and people, in general.

KCW Design Group, LLC is a CVE Certified SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) and an SBA Sanctioned HubZone(d) Small Business Concern with its principal office located at 161 Fort Evans Road NE, Suite 325, Leesburg, VA, 20176.

Prior to starting KCW Design Group, Greg co-founded and led PeopleQwest (CRG & Associates), LLC, and Cercanet, Inc., two leading technical staffing firms focused on the San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles technology & wireless telecommunications market(s). There, he developed both companies into proven, regional leaders in aligning highly-skilled resources and staffing cohesive teams to most effectively meet the unique personnel demands of client companies, both large and small (Venture-Backed, Mid-Cap, and Fortune/Global).

Previously, Greg was recruited to serve as a Branch Manager with H.L. Yoh, Inc., where he successfully doubled division-wide sales by establishing a new business base with emerging and proven market leaders in the Southern California, Information Technology marketplace. Prior to H.L. Yoh, Greg honed his technical recruiting and professional services expertise with Source Services (KForce) in McLean, Virginia, and Baltimore, Maryland.

Greg also co-founded Flytrap Security Software, a mobile technology company providing one of the first holistic, end-point network-quality, embedded security solutions for cellular phones and other personal mobile devices. He played a pivotal role in securing the company’s Series A financing round, resulting in an initial commitment of $15M dollars. As VP of Strategic Alliances and Talent Acquisition, he recruited the entire management and leadership teams, as well as the core engineering and development team, and he designed and executed the firms’ mission-critical HR functions, policies, and procedures. He also handled business development, leveraging his industry contacts to build relationships with several leading mobile device manufacturers and telecommunications carriers.

Greg began his career as a Commissioned Officer (Signal Corps/25A) in the U.S. Army (22nd Signal Brigade in Darmstadt, Germany), where he became highly skilled in the installation, operation, and maintenance of GTE’s Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE), and classified Satellite Communication(s) & Tropospheric Scattering equipment (and related computer software systems).

He served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, and he was assigned as the S-6 of the 3rd Brigade, 318th Regiment, OC/T (Observer Controller/Trainer) Battalion, headquartered at Fort Meade, Maryland, and Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Greg graduated Cum Laude from The University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and he holds a Minor in Military Science from San Diego State University.

In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, staying physically fit, and he enjoys running, biking, swimming, lifting – and most of all, snowboarding.

Greg sits on the Board of Advisors for Washington Children’s Hospital in support of the White Hat Gala committee.

He is an ardent lover of his family, children & animals – and our Nation’s Veterans.

For the last 30 years, Dave has worked for the U.S. Government as either a Federal Employee or as a Contractor. Streamlining processes, simplifying administrative functions, and implementing process driven action plans; Dave has built a strong reputation in the Federal Ground Transportation market.

Chief among his clients is the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs, where he has created, implemented, and managed ambulatory/non-ambulatory transportation solutions which assist no fewer than 80,000 veterans a year make it to their doctor’s appointments and returns them home in a safe and timely manner.

He has also created, implemented, and managed transportation shuttle solutions for Multiple VA Medical Centers, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC.
